I have somehow lost/deleted all my documents, and cannot find them, I am trying to recover them via a free download, (virtual lab recovery), if this is not successful, any suggestions?

Well, firstly, what Mac do you have and which OS is it running?

Next; what were you doing, or what did you do, that caused the loss?

And when you say "lost" could it just be from the sidebar? Documents are usually found in HD > Users > yourname > Documents.

Post back with the info and we'll all try to sort this out for you.

In addition to the above, did you perhaps change the name of your home folder?

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
