I've been using emacs for years and transferred pics by bluetooth from my camera or nokia phone.
Bought an 2.16 imac 5 with intel dual core and love the machine but.. how do I transfer pics now as it doesn't seem to have the bluetooth connectivity?
thanks

If you got to the Apple Logo then System Preferences/BlueTooth you can make it discoverable and have it sitting in the MenuBar so its at your finger tips.

Cheers

I have read that if you have airport card, which I do, you can't have bluetooth. Is that right`?

Do an SMC reset and see if your Bluetooth preference pane returns in Sys Pref.

No, that would not be correct.
