I have a Seagate GoFlex Pro with FW800 cable. I was thinking about using it as a backup drive with Time Machine on my iMac.
I don't want the drive to be on/spinning 24/7. To me that will just increase the chance of a drive failure. Does Time Capsule put the drive to sleep when not backing up or being directly accessed? |
