iMac G5 - CD drive problems.

I don't know why this has started happening, or if I can even fix it at all, but my iMac has taken to blasting CDs out of the slot-drive over my desk (like in the movies) rather than them popping out half-way. Has anyone else had this happen, and can I fix it?

It's rather cool but I don't want to damage my CDs.

Id say take it to an apple store.

P.S Wow has Apple's quality plunged down over the past few years.... I haven't had a single problem with my G4 but my New AL display and a dead USB port, there is an intermittent problem with my CD drive on my PB and my ipod (not even a year old) has crashed 8 times!! *SHAKES FIST AT APPLE'S QUALITY CONTROL*
