email problems

Email problems and this is driving me mad.
I have an email account with sky and when i delete an email message or a load of emails hey presto they get downloaded again why?

I have two sets of inboxes one marked mailboxes and on marked sky and under marked gmail.Can some kind soul put me right

It sounds like your account settings aren't quite right. When you go into your settings, be sure to set your account to delete messages from the server when they are retrieved.

This process will vary depending on your email software and version, but typically this will be under "advanced" account settings.

Might have sorted it out using imap instead of pop

It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
