Hi there,
I just upgraded to broadband on Wanadoo, and they sent me a USB Speedtouch Modem. The software for it installed fine on my iMAC (running OSX) but my computer won't recognise the USB hardwear when its plugged into it. Is this a common problem with users of USB modems/speedtouch modems? Should I use a different type of broadband modem? Thanks loads Toby |
