iMac G5 2GHz Intel Core Duo RAM question
So i am in desperate need to get rid of this factory 512mb RAM on my '06 iMac G5 2GHz Intel Core Duo machine running OS X 10.4 (tiger). Only problem is, I'm not 100% sure what kind of ram i need other than two 1gb sticks. Thanks .

As it is an Intel, it is not a G5 so this is the memory you need. Take particular note of the specs and shop around:-

Apple iMac Intel Memory up to 2GB Upgrades for Intel Core Duo equipped iMac 17" and iMac 20" 1.83GHz and 2.0GHz Models
Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
