Hello i just wondering if anyone has any information on graphics cards with HDMI outputs. My main aim is to get my mac running 1080P footage through Final Cut pro. i Do a lot of video editing and would eventually like to move towards blu-ray reading/burning with this mac. Is there any other requirements i should consider? at the moment it is running 1.5tb hard drive and 4gig of ram. its also got 2x2ghz dual core intel xeon, running mac osx 10.5.8

thanks

G'day and welcome to the forums.

Have a look at these options:-

HDMI output PCI cards for Mac Pro? - MacRumors Forums

The 2006 2GHz Mac Pro may be a little limited.

Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
