I am new to the mac world and recently bought the newly released iMac comes with Mac OS X (10.6.6). I was using Creative T6100 5.1 speaker with Creative X-fi USB sound card in Windows PC earlier.

I am not sure whether Creative X-fi USB sound card can be used or not as in Creative site, only Windows OS are mentioned for compatibility.

Also through mac forum and hours of googling, I came to know of a solution using Logitech 5.1 Game Console Adapter

Any help regarding the setup of speaker with the iMac would be appreciated.

QUOTE Thanks
