How to fix my displays???

My little brother messed around with my iMac / HDTV display situation...now I have this:



To see the rest of my screen I have drag it over with the mouse in 2 directions...I hate it. How do I fix it?

Mac Specs: 15" MBP 2.33 C2D 256 4GB, MBA 13" i7 1.8, MB 2.0 2GB, Nano 4th, 3GS, iPad 1

Press and hold option and command then tap the 8 key to turn zoom off.

(And please limit your posted pics to 800x600 so everyone doesn't have to scroll around the screen in the thread.)
