Thread: iMac G5 sound

i put headphones in my iMac( to see if they work and they did) and i took them out and no sound from my speaker( the iMac's biuld-in-ones) so i pluged in my normal iPod headphoes and they picked up sound from my mac but still no sound from my speakers. WHAT DID I DO? and how to i fix it?

Just remember, the first step should always be a restart.
As you can see, sometimes the simplest troubleshooting steps are exactly what will end up resolving issues.
