Infinite crash reports while safe booting

I safe booted to try to dispel my grey screen problem I mentioned earlier. However when I went into verbose, crash reports were all over the place. They are still spawning as I type. A sample is following:
Feb 6 20:53:34 kjaisbs-iMac reportcrash(193): saved crashreport to /library/logs/crashreporter/loginwindow_2011-02-06-205333_kjaisbs-imac.crash using uid: 0 gid: 0 euid: 0 egid: 0
Plz, anybody have an idea?

Did you find a solution to this. I have the exact same problem. For 2 hours now, crash reports have been saves with 10 seconds apart.

What to do? Please.
