Need some Help with Memory

I have the older white cased Imac,I think its from like 2006.Im trying to play games like starcraft 2,and stuff. I dont meet the requirements on memory[2GB] and I have only 1GB. On the apple store there was no memory for my model so what do i need to do to upgrade my memory?

do i need the 2.0GB Upgrade Kit (1.0GB Modules x 2 Matched), or the 2.0GB Upgrade (2048MB Module)?
