weird power supply question

I bet this is the best place to post this here 'cause it is a weird question:

Does anyone know how to modify a rev. C imac so you can use a standard ATX power supply?

I wana put a dead imac in another case.

i wouldt try and modify your power supply unless you know a ton about electronics. cant you remove the power supply in the case and just transplant the one that came with the mac.

yes, i can, but it the imac power supply doesnt have a case, so i dont wana expose live current
