I need help. I have a 3 year old Samsung TV and it needs firmware update. I go to Samsung.com and the firmware is there. I download it and save it on the desktop. But now I have to extract the files to a flash drive so that the tv can see them. How do I do that?
One problem also. This has to be an easy process because if you get to deep to quick on how to do this I'm in trouble following what to do.
Any help will be appreciated.

Plug a flash drive into your Mac and it will show as a HD icon on your desktop.
Drag the Samsung files to the icon and it will copy.
Eject it by dragging the HD icon over the trash.
Unplug and follow Samsung's instructions.
