Welcome to the Mac Forums.

You're going to have to be more descriptive of exactly what it is you wish to do. Are you asking about sharing Windows 7 files so as to be able to read and write to them from OS X? Or are you asking about a setting up a network between Windows 7?

The Windows 7 hard drive is using the NTFS file system which can not be written to by your Mac Mini without a third party driver or turning on the write feature option which is off by default in Snow Leopard.

Here's how to share an iTunes library over a network: LINK
