iMac G4 700.
Recently installed software for Canon LiDE 30 USB, software seemed to work ok. iMac would not awake from sleep. Had to unplug. Now I only get a flashing folder/question mark icon on startup. Cannot zap PRAM - only black screen until I let the keys go. Booted into open firmware, reset PRAM (reset-nvram, reset-all). Same problem on reboot. Any ideas? |

If not - a new harddrive? I had a MacBook do the same and it needed a new harddrive. Unfortunate, but these things happen. mickbab iphone 3G 8gb, ipod mini 4gb, ipod shuffle 1gb, 20inch aluminium iMac |
