Blank Screen Imac

Guest Posts: n/a	06-18-2005, 12:51 AM Have an Imac 333. Came with only 32mb ram.Bought a 233 imac that had 512mb ram, for the ram. Its Kingston ram. Swapped the ram. Wouldn't install firmware 1.2 so assume installed.Once ram installed the 333 on 8.6 ran fine and showed 512mb installed. The 233 came with Panther so I opted to install it on the 333. Installed fine and ran fine. Then I shut it down. Came back later today and now it powers on(orange only),blank grey screen. Tried booting from OS disc with no success. Disconnected keyboard and power etc. No change! Would appreciate your advice. Thank you! Last edited by freddymac; 06-22-2005 at 05:19 PM.
