Is this possible? to Upgrade to Snow Leopard or am I out of luck? I want to utilize my iLife that I have on iMac and MacBook, but cannot do this on the G5 because I am on 10.4.11. Thanks!

You need an Intel processor to be able to upgrade to Snow Leopard (OS 10.6). Your computer has a PowerPC processor...which can run up to Mac OS 10.5.8.

Since you're currently running Tiger 10.4.11...you could upgrade to OS 10.5 Leopard if that will help you run more recent applications.
