Wifi and Time Capsule Question - Please Help

I'd like to get Time Capsule for my Intel Mac Pro, however it doesn't wifi built in as I bought it 2006/7ish. Do I need to get a wifi card also to get with the time capsule and which would you recommend?

TC does have regular Ethernet ports as well.
