iPad Mac Mini mobile setup

I'd like to get the group's opinion on how well, or at least how practical it would be, to install a Mac Mini tethered to an iPad in my vehicle. The possibilities are intriguing.

Umm I don't think that would be practical at all. But in any case iPad does not support tethering.
