Iphoto is locked

The iPhoto Library is locked, on a locked disk, or you do not have permission to make changes to it.

How do I unlock it!!!!

Go to your home (open finder and click on the folder with the house icon) directory and find the "Pictures" folder. In this folder you will see a file called Iphoto Library. Right click on it and select get info. In there you will find an option to lock or unlock the file.
