Hi,

Can MacOS X10.4 be installed on Apple Mac Pro Quad Core.

Apple Mac Pro Quad Core 2.66GHz 3GB 640GB Desktop Computer - Jigsaw Systems Ltd

Some one told me I can't. There is a reason Why I want to install X10.4.

Unless the Macintosh originally shipped with Tiger, then no. It won't. Why do you need 10.4 so much? We may be able to help with that!

can i connect 10.6 client mac to 10.4 mac server. I tired to do it before but no success

Yes, you can. All versions of Mac OS X can connect to all of the others. 10.6 will even connect to System 7. Get the Macintosh you want... it will work.

This is a 2009 quad-core Mac Pro model. These shipped with OS 10.5.6. So no...you cannot install OS 10.4 Tiger on it.
