Hi
My mac has failed to find the hard drive the second time, after multi re boots it has decided to find its feet again. I have an external hard drive that id like to use to back the machine up to with time machine. The ex hard drive has a capacity of 232gb and the main hard drive has a capacity of 297gb, someone previously has spoken about partitioning and using different formats 1) for time machine 2) for normal data storage. I have now copied all data from the external hard drive as i was using it for storage and copied all the data to the main HD. There is about 105gb available on the main HD now. OSX 10.5.8 Mac G5 So here are the questions How do I start this process of back up? How big do I have to make the partitions? |
