Ok, i've googled this and i cant figure it out!

I want ALL jpegs, gifs, etc (all extensions associated with images) to go into my PICTURES folder... and all music (mp3, and other music extensions) to into my MUSIC folder. Does OSX have something i can change to automatically do this? Is there 3rd party software that will? BTW, first mac, and loving it.
