I was thinking about picking up one of the G5 Imac's from the last models that the apple stores are selling in their sale sections.
Are all of them "airport extreme - ready"? Meaning, can I just buy and install the airport extreme card myself? I know that I'll be buying a bluetooth adapter to use wireless mouse/keyboard but the internal wi-fi would be ideal to me. I'll probably add 512MB memory to it too. It's just going to be an extra computer that I set up in the kitchen just for playing movies while I'm in the kitchen, some web surfing, etc.....no heavy use really. |
