    Specs:
    Late 2013 27" iMac, iPad 3, iPhone 6s+, iPhone 6+, 3 iPods, El Capitan
A Mac bought in the UK, US, Australia, or anywhere will work just fine world wide. No conversion is necessary. The only thing to watch out for is to have the correct AC mains adapter. Apple sells a world wide AC adapter kit which you can purchase at one of their stores or on line. You can also buy the same kit from Amazon and many other resellers.

    Regards.
