    Thumbs up Imac 27"
    Have a guess how far out are we from a upgrade on the 27" Imac.
    want to buy but can wait as this model the picture shakes .

    I thought the current 27inch iMac was a fairly recent update?????

    iMac 21.5 inch nvidia 6gb ram, 13 in MacBook pro 320gb 4 gb ram, iPad 16 gb 3G, iPhone 4 Verizon 16g
    The new iMacs were released in october. It's going to be a while before they are updated again.

    I ordered my 27" last month. They had a three week period in which they didn't ship any, so that they could fix these problems. I got mine last week and NONE of the previous problems are present. It's working perfectly, I even took it to the mac store and had them give it a look over for problems. Nothing is wrong with it. So to answer what I think the question was, the most recent update to the macs was last month and it fixed the problems from before.
