Choosing video card for new Mac Pro

It is not clear to me what the functional differences are between the video cards available on the Mac Pro.

Can anyone shed some light on this? I do use Photoshop, and at some point will likely work with video. I do not play video games, but I suppose I could at some point, yet have no particular interest in enhancing that activity.

Thoughts?
