Hello guys,

I am buying a 21.5 Inch iMac soon, so here are a few questions.

1) My current iMac, with a 320 GB hard drive, is backed up via Time Machine to an external hard drive with the same amount of disk space. Can I use the same external hard drive if I decide to migrate to a new iMac with a 500 GB disk space as standard?

2) I don't want to have to download everything all over again on my new iMac. How do I retrieve everything that I have backed up on my external hard drive right now and load them all into the new iMac? It'd be great to have some kind of step by step thing.

Thanks guys.
QUOTE Thanks
