The 27" has the option for Quad Core processors while the 21.5" doesn't, but has a pretty fast Core2Duo processor. So you'll need to look at that, and also that the graphics card is a little lower on the scale on the 21.5"..

If you're tight for money, the 21.5" should do, but if you can go to the 27", that'll be quite a boost..

Regards

i cant afford the quad core but i was trying to decide between the 21.5 with the 4670 GFX and 1 TB hard drive and the dual core 27 inch... i was also thinking about upgrading the 27 inch to the 4850 GFX

If you can, go for the 27".

The large resolution will be a major bonus when video editing!

Since the graphics card can be upgraded to a 4850 ... what graphics card is best for editing... can i stick with the 4670 and still have a really good graphics card for video editing??
