whats the difference between the 27inch quad and 27inch dual core??

I know one had quad core processor and other dual core, but whats the speed difference like and all the other stuff???

- 27" i7 iMac, 15" Macbook Pro TB, 13" Macbook Air, iPhone 6S, iPod Nano 7th Gen
The processor difference is significant. The dual core operates at a higher frequency, but the quad core is more future-proof with a slightly lower frequency. The graphics card with the quad core is the highest, but is an option on the dual core version..
If you are considering purchasing a 27" iMac might I suggest that you first visit Apple - iMac - Technical Specifications and read that and come back with a few more specific questions..

One is core 2 duo and the other is either i5 or i7Hacking - Doing what the developers couldn't.
