changing graphic card

I've got a iMac 2.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB de RAM. I'd like to know if it's possible to replace its graphic card for a more powerful one, and, if so, which card can you recommend to me?

Not possible since the GPU is surface mounted (soldered) to the main circuit board (logic board). You would have to purchase a new iMac with the graphics chipset of your choice. Even the brand new iMac machines (21.5" and 27") come with the GPU integrated on to the logic board.
