USB power???

My imac g5 1.8ghz has a Notice
Thats keeps saying

USb Over Currnet notice

A usb device is currnetly drawing to much power
The hub it is atteched to will be deactivated

I had a printer hooked up by usb and a keyboard with a mosue pluged inot a key board
I also had a ipod mini pluged in by firewire

i unpluged all put my keyborde
Want si hapening!!!

im restaring now

Does the printer have it's own power supply? USB ports are limited to 500ma per port (1/2 amp).
