It is the same size & fits on top. So it will help that low rpm mini.

I`m guessing it retails at 150 -200?

You can get a regular 120GB hard drive on Amazon for only 85! Its is usb(2)only but seems ok to me.

That mini tower is SICK! (as in the California dialect for good ) I am a huge fan of the clear acrylic over white/gray plastic look. The Cube is the best looking Apple ever made, IMO, and that mini tower makes the mini look more like the sibling of the Cube that it really is.
