I want to remove Yahoo Messenger from my desk top but it wont allow me to. Whenever I try to move it to the trash, it says it's in use and to try quitting applications. When I go to applications and try to remove it, an error comes up.
Any help?

Yahoo messenger installs itself to start automatically when the system boots.

You need to go to: System Preferences, Accounts, Login Items. Remove Yahoo Messenger from the list, reboot, and then delete it.

Regards.
