There is no separate graphics card on the iMac's. The NVidia 9400m on your iMac is part of the chipset.

Like has already been mentioned, you cannot upgrade the graphics card on an iMac.

If this was an important issue for you, it probably should have been a question to ask before making the purchase!

But on the positive side...the 24" Aluminum iMac 2.66ghz with the 9400M graphics is a pretty darn nice computer...I wouldn't mind having one myself.

I don't think I've heard anyone say anything negative about them.

Enjoy your new computer,

- Nick

I have an early 2009 MacBook which also utilizes the GeForce 9400M and it runs circles around my HP which has a GeForce 8500GT in it. Under OSX, it can take anything I throw at it. Under Windows, the only thing I have run is Unreal Tournament 3 which runs better on the MacBook than on my HP. The MacBook can run UT3 at max settings and not really lag. My HP runs it on max and almost dies.

MacBook (Early 09) | 2.0GHz C2D | 2GB DDR2 | 500GB HDD | GeForce 9400M | Dual-Boot Snow Leopard/Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
PowerBook G4 12" (DVI) | 1.0GHz PPC G4 | 768MB DDR | 250GB HDD | GeForce FX Go5200 | OS X "Tiger"
