how do i reset my mac to factory settings?

as the title says, whats the easiest way to do this (its a mac mini btw)

Insert your restore cd (or dvd don't know what mini comes with)

Restart the computer and hold down C when the computer starts to boot up.
When you choose the destination disk click install options and select Erase and Install
