Hello all, am looking to upgrade my g4 with a gig stick of pc133 SD non ecc non registered RAM. Does anyone know of a place that sells it cheaper than $90.00?

It should support up to 2 gig of RAM, so depending on the model of G4 you have either 3 or 4 slots...so just get some 512mb sticks...its alot cheaper.

Depending on what "G4" Mac you have...the maximum ram for these computers was 2.0 gigs...with 4 ram slots.

Thus there really is no point in using any ram larger than 512meg per stick (512meg x 4 = 2 gig).
