mini - Mac Mini Won't Load Up

i turned on my mac mini last night and the power light and everything shown up but when it gets to the grey screen with the apple logo and the spinning loading thing it doesn't go any further it just stays on that

any ideas how to fix it?

Try booting into Safe Mode and see if that works. If it does, we'll go from there.

nope still cumming up with the same thing won't go off the grey screen at all

it's okay now guys ive reinstalled the OS

everything works fine
