iMac - 2006 20" iMac CD Vibrating

Just a quick one regarding my iMac's CD drive, I have noticed that with certain CD/DVD's (when either playing or burning) a loud vibrating noise is coming from the drive area in/around the machine. I did a bit of research and found that discs that aren't weighted correctly can cause this, or it could be a loose disc drive etc.. but was just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue, and if so how did you get it fixed? my iMac is still under Apple Care warranty until half way through the year so I could call them and have it looked at but was wondering what the average turn around for Apple Care maintenance is?
