Mac Pro - Mac Pro keyboard/hardware

Question.......My wife is a medical transcriptionist and is VERY accustomed to PCs. She likes my macbook w/parallels but she doesn't do laptops except for free time. How closely can a MacPro be setup keyboard wise to mimic a typical PC keyboard? Thanks

Why do you just run bootcamp with a windows keybard?

Agreed. Get a copy of Windows XP or Vista ($90) and a generic USB keyboard ($10) and you're set.
