No - I do video editing and therefore the G3 would explode if I plugged my PDx-10 into it. The only reason I would want a G3 would be to surf purely html websites.

I have a brand new MacBook Pro which I got free free...do you?

I have a G3 iMac 600 (as per specs). I wanted a 700 but they're quite rare. My iMac is my 'portable' computer because I don't have a laptop, and I move about a fair bit.

I'm reasonably impressed. It doesn't have the speed of this eMac, but it isn't far behind. It handles internet, either b/band or dialup, just fine. I wouldn't use Tiger on it because I think it would struggle, but I'm happy enough with Panther. The G3 iMac is arguably one of the best Macs - for its day. What's also impressive is that there are thousands of G3 iMacs still in use.

My Hdd crashed and I didn't have the os disc it came with so its just sitting. I don't know which os version to install onto it. :-( My friend has an imac g4 I think with os 10 something on it and I ready to try and copy his somehow.
