Mac Pro - New Cooler For ATI 1900XT?

Good day all!

Was wondering if I can get some advice? Had my ATI card for a while now, and the fan is starting to get on my nerve. And I want to upgrade the cooler on it. And I've been looking at a few new coolers. These one's.

Number one: Cooler graphics cards Arctic Cooling Accelero S2
I like the sound of this one, on fan so it suns silent and it looks good, but I really don't care about the looks!!

Number two: Zalman Z-Machine GV1000 VGA Cooler
I hear this one is really good, but again it has a fan and so there will be noise.

So Does anyone have either of these coolers? I want quiet over anything else. But if the second cooler is almost silent and "that" much better I would get it. Can any body help? Does any body have any other coolers in mind that would work on the ATI 1900XT.

Stupid question, but if the fan is loud, have you cleaned it? My fan on the graphics card was getting very loud and it was full of dust and hair from the cat.

Yup! Took it apart and cleand the fans.
