Power Mac - Powermac G5 boots but no picture on-screen

Hi, I recently installed some RAM with the wrong speed. I kept the old RAM and added new ones to the empty slots. I start having problems so I take out the new ones and now it bongs but the display just says "Power Saving Mode"

Do know for sure, but the first thing that comes to mind, is how the memory is installed, as in pairs - one in slot one of bank a and one in slot one of bank b.

Thank you rman, I already read that article you linked here and made sure that the ram stcks are installed in the proper way.
