New to the Mac world. My brother has an iPod mini and an iMac G3. The software that came with the mini does not work on his G3. Is there any way to get it to work without a new operating system?
QUOTE Thanks

only third and earlier gen will work on older OS's, you need itunes 4.7, ie os 10.3 at least if the ipod software is updated past the date of the os's compatibility with itunes.
