iMac - problems with new restarted account HELP!!

Every time i open up my account it always starts up new. as if i had never went on to it. so none of my programs that i went on before are ever there and all my programs are like this and i dont even have safari everytime i log in. i have to it always says the account does not have an appilcation when i try to go on a website somehow. i really need help a lot of things are on this account.

Give us some more information. What kind of account did you create? And do you have more than one account on the machine?

Have you renamed your User home folder in the finder at any point
