Hello,
I posted a topic asking what could be causing the time and date to reset on every boot-up. I would now like to replace this battery (1/2 AA Lithium 3.6V battery) on the Power Mac G5. And have read that several things are reset when doing that. What exactly will be reset, and what effects will this have?
Thank you
El

And, of course, the time and date, which should sync themselves over the internet automatically after a little while.
