I dropped my keyboard and caught it by the left side keys and the machine shut down. when i reboot i just get a white screen and it goes no further. Something similar happened before and i was advised to hold down 3 or 4 specific keys when booting up to sort it out but i've forgotten what those keys were. Can anybody help?

In a seperate issue i have a cd stuck in the drive. I have tried to 'force quit' the program which i was burning with (toast titanium) but it won't quit and the disc won't come out, even with the shortcut key on the keyboard which is usually reliable.

any help to either of these queries would be gratefully appreciated.

Boot up with the LEFT mouse button held down. Keep it down and the CD should eject.
