This might be a newbie question but I just wanted to be sure I don't blow up my Mac Pro.
I just ordered: iRam (2x2Gb) DDR2 667 memory kit.
A friend of mine is telling me that Mac Pro's use DDR2 800 memory. So am I going to blow up my Mac Pro if I stick these instead of the 2 x 512mb kit currently installed?

Yes, the current Mac Pro uses DDR2 800 RAM. Don't put in DDR2 667 RAM!
See this page from Crucial for compatible RAM. You can of course get this RAM from lots of other places, but since I bought an upgrade from Crucial I know that this stuff meets the requirements. My Macs: iMac 27" 3.4 GHz, Mac Pro 3.2 GHz, PowerMac G5 Quad 2.5 GHz, G4 Cube with 1.2 GHz Upgrade
My iStuff: 64GB iPhone 5, 64GB iPad4, 30GB iPod Video, 16GB iPod Touch
My OS': Mac OS X Lion, Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Mac OS X Tiger, Mac OS 9.2.2, openSUSE 10.3
